Shipping Information:
We will ship your order within 3-5 business days by the method you specify. USPS is the default carrier, but we will use any method which you prefer.
Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy:
We provide you with a 14-day return policy. You can return any apparel in its original condition within 14 days for a refund, less shipping and handling charges. CDs must be shrink-wrapped and unopened, or defective upon delivery in order to be exchanged or returned.
To request a return please send an email to store@angusmohr.com, or call us at 303-653-4336. When you contact us, please be sure to include your order number, the product you would like to return and the reason for the return. You will be given a confirmation code and the correct return address.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without confirmation from Mohr Fire LLC. Packages returned without a confirmation or to the wrong address cannot be credited and will be shipped back to you at your expense. For high value orders, you may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. While Mohr Fire LLC does not pay for the return shipping, you will not be assessed any restocking charges.
